Summary: Jared Padalecki, Class Two Superhero, has lived his entire life in his small town. Another disappointing Superboyfriend is the kick that he needs to get out. He arrives in the City, expecting to be overwhelmed, instead it seems that he finds a whole new world. He finds City rules to be stricter, he finds that the caliber of the bad guys are over the top, and he finds that the other Supers are a little crazy. It seems like this world is nothing he ever wanted and everything that he needed.

Phew! I'm finally done after going through a big scare the morning of my posting date when I received a hard disk drive error on my pc (to my utter horror). Thankfully, and to my great relief, I managed to salvage a backup of my work files and finished them on my cranky, old laptop.

A BIG thank you to truelyesoteric for her great story as well as her complete patience and understanding in my constant nitpicking and bother about her fic. It's been a fun experience drawing for this, and I enjoyed coming up with the outfits! I would also like to extend a thank you to shinigami_yumi, who without her help and critical advice, I'll be making even worse costuming decisions.

Freaking awesome! I love that you made the piece a comic book cover. It pairs excellently with the story, obviously. And it just looks amazing! Gah, I wish I could explain how much I love this! I love your visualisation of their suits. I love their faces. There's something about Jensen's shape that I'm really enjoying. The hips, maybe? I just want to paw at them both, anyway! And Jared's-- sorry, Archetype's belt buckle is a touch of genius! ;)

Wow, I love this! You do such a great job of capturing their essential Jared and Jensen-ness while also making them very superhero-y. I love how shiny-black their costumes are, and also I love Jared's hair. Very nice. :)
